DETOX YOUR SPACE! WATER, AIR, LIGHT AND EMF SOLUTIONS
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 7
A Building Biologist's Guide for a Healthy Home
Building biology is the science of healthy buildings. Building biologists study your space, (home, school and office) and how it affects your health. Come learn about the four pillars of building biology--indoor air quality, water quality, lighting quality and EMFs--and what you can do to enhance your space for ultimate health.
Learn to navigate our common toxic exposures which come from a myriad of sources including tap water, indoor CFL or LED lighting and everyday products that we bring into our homes that contain and off-gas harmful chemicals. Become educated and empowered as you learn tips and tricks to lessen your chemical body burden through enhanced air, water and lighting quality. You will also learn about the four different types of EMFs in your space: magnetic fields, electric fields, dirty electricity and wireless radiation RF, and how you can lower your exposures!
