Elisha Celeste
Elisha Celeste is the co-founder of the School for Living Science and founder of Kinetix, a fascia-based mapping methodology for discovering the underlying truth hidden in bodily messengers like chronic pain, chronic disease, anxiety and degeneration. Following a profound healing transformation of her own – one that involved asking her best friend Jess to learn partner fascia release in order to help her run and hike again after years of chronic pain – Elisha opened her private practice in Boulder, Colorado. Since 2008, she has helped thousands of individuals heal and transform, before closing her practice to focus on teaching.
Through the School for Living Science, Elisha offers in person Kinetix immersions as well as online study groups, courses and mentorship for practitioners who are ready to bring clear thinking and spiritual insight into their work with clients.

Fascia is a structured water tissue that wraps, interpenetrates, nourishes and protects every element in the human body, from blood vessels and bones to muscle fibers, nerves and organs. Beyond its biomechanical role, fascia reflects our stories, emotions and energetic patterns that influence pain, trauma, illness and well-being. When fascia deforms, so does everything it wraps. This can cause physical effects like postural abnormalities, gait dysfunctions, poor blood circulation, difficulty detoxing and degeneration.
To understand this mysterious tissue, however, we have to look beyond what modern material science tells us about it. This is because fascia is a living interface between the physical body, human consciousness and the world we inhabit. Fascia mirrors the soul and spiritual nature of every unique person and their relationship to all of life. To work effectively with fascia, we must learn how to approach and behold the spiritual individuality inhabiting the body.
