PRESENTATION
FEEDING BABY: THE FIRST 3 YEARS THAT SHAPE A LIFETIME
SAT., OCT 17 AT 4:00 PM
What you feed your baby matters, now more than ever before. With one in three children in America suffering from chronic disease (eczema, allergies and digestive issues), it’s time for a change back to the foods that align with human physiology. Your child's microbiome is shaped in the first three years of life through maternal diet, mode of birth and environment. This is the Mama Baby Biome. Starting solids is a rite of passage that can create a resilient body and mind, and beyond that lay a foundation for the emergence of your child’s true self. In this class with GAPS practitioner, Kate Pope you will learn how to start solids “the gut health way,” how to heal chronic diseases with food and why starting solids is not only the optimal time to address imbalances, but also the potent elixir for a life well lived.
