MENUS

What follows are the menus for this year, food donors for last year's conference and recipes from previous year's. We'll update as our plans are finalized! All meals are prepared following the WAPF guidelines. All proteins, fats, sweeteners, ferments, grains and beverages follow the WAPF guidelines. Many of the plant foods are organic. We get animal products from pasture-based farms. Some of the vegetables may not be organic since some of them are sourced by the hotel and convention center - these are typically the salads.
