AN UNREASONABLE RISK: THE FEDERAL COURT VERDICT AGAINST WATER FLUORIDATION

FRI., OCT. 16 AT 1:45 PM

In September 2024, a federal district court issued a landmark judgment on water fluoridation. The court concluded that "fluoridation of water at 0.7 milligrams per liter (“mg/L”)-–the level presently considered “optimal” in the United States–-poses an unreasonable risk of reduced IQ in children." In this presentation, Michael Connett—the lead attorney for the Plaintiffs—will discuss the government admissions, scientific research and expert testimony that led to this groundbreaking legal victory.
