Monica Corrado, MA, CNC, CGP is a teaching chef, certified nutrition consultant and certified GAPS practitioner who is passionate about illuminating the connection between food and well-being. Monica has been teaching food as medicine for over fourteen years after eighteen years in sustainable food sourcing and preparation, menu design and management. She has focused on the gut-brain connection for the past twelve years and is an authority on cooking techniques for the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) nutritional protocol. Monica has taught traditional cooking around the country and the world, including at the Maryland University of Integrated Health.
