CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations can be transferred to others. All cancellation refund requests must be submitted by email. A fee will be charged based on the date —see below—and refunds may not be processed until after the conference. The Weston A. Price Foundation reserves the right to deny a refund.
Cancellation Deadlines

SEPT 30, 2025 — If the cancellation email received up to this date, the processing fee is $37.

OCT 1—16, 2025 — If the cncellation email is received between these dates and the processing fee is $150.
No Show Policy
If you simply do not attend the conference without emailing us of your cancellation, you will not get a refund except for the few exceptions listed below*. In those cases, you may request a refund by email within ten (10) business days following the Sunday of the conference. The written email request must be accompanied by meaningful documentation confirming the serious issue which prevented the registrant from attending. These serious issue cancellations which are approved will be issued a refund less the $50 cancellation fee.
*Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
The Weston A. Price Foundation recognizes that serious issues may arise that would prevent an attendee from cancelling his/her registration in time for a refund.
There are 4 acceptable reasons for a refund after October 16:

Serious illness or disabling injury to either you or an immediate family member (spouse, child, parent, grandchild, grandparent, sibling)

Death in the immediate family (spouse, child, parent, grandchild, grandparent, sibling)

Court appearance or jury duty (registrant only)

Unexpected military duty call-up (registrant only)
