STANDARD PLUS EXHIBITOR $600

Exhibiting for two days (Saturday-Sunday) in the standard PLUS area of the exhibit hall (300 section) with 6'x10' area with one 6-foot, skirted exhibit table with 3 feet behind table, two chairs and a trash can. It is a table top exhibit.

Registration for one to all conference sessions and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Option to purchase one additional staff badge at $50/each. With that badge, you also have the option of purchasing a meal package for $300/each.

AGREEMENT
By checking the button at the bottom, you are asking us to review your application. We will let you know if it is approved.
Also, by checking this button, you agree to the following criteria:

Only the items listed on your application and approved by WAPF can be exhibited; if you add items later, you agree to email us that information so that we can review them.

WAPF does not allow the following products to be exhibited at its conference: chocolate, coffee or caffeinated tea, CBD oil, xylitol and any food items that do not comply with our dietary guidelines such as items with refined sugar, most seed oils, etc. See our Shopping Guide avoid categories for more details.

That your refund policy will be clearly displayed in your booth and/or communicated before the sale is finalized.

That you are not a multi-level marketing business (the WAPF board bans MLM companies from exhibiting).

That you conduct sales in a manner that is professional and not aggressive, deceptive or coercive.

That you understand that WAPF has the right to ask you to stop exhibiting an item or adjust your sales behavior if either violates WAPF’s values, principles and goals.

That in the event of serious infractions, you may be asked to stop exhibiting and that any refund or expense incurred during the conference will be forfeited.

That WAPF has the right to cancel the exhibit booth spot at any time in the event WAPF learns of any misrepresentation regarding your company or your items.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Once approved, you agree to pay the exhibit fee by September 4, 2026 so that we can include you in our program.
Cancellations and refund requests must be made via email. Requests received before September 18, 2026, will be given a refund minus the processing fee ($50 for standard exhibitors and $150 for sponsoring exhibitors). No refunds are given after September 18.
